About the project
The project involved creating a complete Telegram-based store using SendPulse, with the entire shopping journey handled directly inside the bot. The goal was to make product discovery and ordering simple and structured, allowing users to move from category selection to individual products and complete an order without leaving Telegram.
What I worked on
I designed the full bot structure and user experience, including product categories, product cards, descriptions, images, characteristics and order buttons. The interaction logic was built in SendPulse using conditional blocks and multiple conversation branches, so each user could move through the bot depending on their selections rather than following one fixed sequence.
I planned and implemented the complete ordering flow from the initial category choice through product selection and the final order stage. I also created the bot copy, structured the product information and designed the navigation logic to keep the shopping experience clear even with multiple categories and possible user paths.
Result
The final solution was a fully functional Telegram store with an organized product catalog and automated ordering logic. Users could browse products, view detailed information and move through the complete purchase flow inside the bot, while the underlying SendPulse structure made the system easier to manage and extend with additional products or categories.
