SkillDocs had an existing Google Ads account where campaigns were not entering active serving because of account-level restrictions inside Google Ads. The task was to identify why the campaigns were not receiving impressions and return the advertising account to a working state.
What I worked on
I diagnosed the account and campaign setup, reviewed the account status and advertising configuration, identified that the issue was caused by account-level Google restrictions rather than the campaign settings themselves, and worked through the steps required to restore ad delivery.
After the restriction issue was resolved, the advertising setup was checked again and the campaigns were relaunched.
Result
Google Ads serving was restored and the campaigns started receiving impressions again. The account returned to an operational state and advertising could continue without rebuilding the setup from scratch.
