THE WORK BEHIND THE PROJECT

About the project

The project involved creating and publishing SEO-optimized product content for a large e-commerce catalog. In total, I worked with more than 200 products across several categories, including boats, portable refrigerators, accessories and other related items, with the goal of making each product page informative, consistent and suitable both for users and search engines.

The work required more than simply writing product descriptions. Each page had to follow a clear structure, maintain a consistent tone and formatting standard, and fit the technical limitations of the store's CMS while still remaining readable and conversion-oriented.

Content structure and SEO

For each product, I created a unique structured description with clear informational sections, specification tables and sales-focused content blocks. The texts were written with SEO requirements in mind, including relevant keywords, controlled sentence length and a consistent content hierarchy across the catalog.

I also adapted the structure depending on the product type so that technical products with many characteristics could still be presented in a clear and understandable format. Particular attention was paid to avoiding repetitive or duplicate descriptions across similar products while keeping the overall content system consistent.

CMS implementation and formatting

The content was added and formatted directly inside the store's CMS rather than delivered as standalone text files. This included working with headings, tables, spacing, visual blocks and other formatting elements so that the final product pages looked structured and remained easy to scan.

Because the project covered a large catalog, consistency was especially important. I maintained the same content logic and formatting principles across more than 200 product pages while adjusting individual details, specifications and messaging for each product.

Result

The store received a large volume of unique, structured and SEO-oriented product content that was ready for publication and consistent across the catalog. The final product pages combined detailed product information, technical specifications and commercial messaging in a format that was easier for customers to understand and easier for the store team to maintain.
