About the project
A Telegram bot was developed from scratch in SendPulse for automated communication with users interested in employment opportunities in the UK. The goal was to create a conversational experience that could respond dynamically instead of relying only on fixed, template-based replies.
What I worked on
I built the complete bot logic in SendPulse, including dialogue flows, message sequences, filters, pauses, conversation status handling and branching based on user responses.
An AI agent was connected to support more natural communication, together with API requests and OpenAI integration. I also prepared the bot copy and structured the conversation flow so users could move through different scenarios based on their answers and interests.
The bot was connected to Telegram and configured so the setup could later be duplicated and connected to additional accounts.
Result
The bot was successfully launched and used as a working Telegram automation. The final setup combined structured SendPulse flows with AI-powered conversations and could be reused for additional Telegram accounts. Documentation and guidance were also provided for connecting and duplicating the system in the future.
